Dear Napa Valley Insight Meditation Community,

As you all know, the outbreak of the coronavirus (also known as COVID-19) is rapidly evolving, and local and national recommendations are changing frequently. Today, Dr. Karen Relucio, Napa County Public Health Officer, declared a local health emergency. Our NVIM Board of Directors, one of whom is a healthcare professional, have been monitoring this evolving situation and following Napa County Public Health guidelines in order to help keep our NVIM community safe and healthy. We have also been monitoring how other sanghas have been responding to similar Public Health recommendations in their counties. As a result, NVIM will be suspending all of our events for the remainder of March. At the end of the month, the situation will be re-assessed to determine our next steps in this process.
