SUNSET SANGHA – Continuing the Outdoors experience

This Tuesday we’ll continue meeting on the outdoor patio at the Unitarian Universalist church, as we embrace the meditation experience in the cooler air and softer light, with maybe a bird or two chiming in. Join us for this opportunity to re-connect with the natural world around us.

Stephanie Noble is the author of Asking In, Six Empowering Questions Only You Can Answer and several other books, including a soon-to-be published novel exploring the Buddha’s Noble Eightfold Path. Stephanie founded Marin Insight Women’s Sangha in 2008. She guest teaches at Marin Sangha and Boulder Insight. She is also a widely published poet, twice nominated for the Pushcart Prize. COVID Recommendations For Gathering Safely

• If you have recently been exposed to COVID, it is recommended that you wear a mask indoors through day 10.
• If you test positive for COVID without symptoms, please do not attend sangha for at least 5 full days and wear a mask indoors through day 10.
• If you test positive for COVID and have symptoms, please do not attend sangha for at least 5 full days; and then do not return until your symptoms are mild, improving, and you are fever-free for at least 24 hours. Wear a mask indoors through Day 10
