This September, we’ll meet outdoors for “SUNSET SANGHA” from 6:30pm to 8:00pm on the back patio of the NVUU. Please bring a lawn chair for patio seating, warm layers and/or a blanket, and, if you wish, a water/beverage.

NVIM warmly welcomes Joanie Lane back to sangha. Joanie (she/her) is the founder of “​A Positive Light” meditation center in Lake County, CA, and a graduate of Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program taught by renown teachers Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. With over 30 years of meditation practice and training, she also teaches Qigong, Reiki, is a Certified Life and Spiritual Coach, Author & Poet. Joanie began her meditation practice in 1989 and received extensive training in Mahayana and Theravada Buddhism as well as Zen and considers her education in the Buddhist practices “mixed”.
