NVIM is now meeting at the NVUU in-person and on Zoom, following a hybrid model, Tuesdays at 7:00pm. Masking is required for indoor participation. (See Guidelines below)

This Tuesday evening will be led by Forrest Hill. Forrest Hill has been practicing Insight Meditation since 2004 and is a founding member of Napa Valley Insight Meditation. He is a gratduate of the the 2 year Community Dharma Leaders Program at Spirit Rock Meditation Center.

We will be meeting @ 7:00 pm, in the sanctuary at Napa Valley Unitarian Universalist (1625 Salvador Ave, Napa CA).

Updated NVIM In-person COVID Guidelines (April 2022):
· full vaccination recommended
· masks required indoors (with the exception of being optional for the teacher while teaching)
· no beverages allowed indoors (you are welcome to bring your own beverage outdoors during breaks)
· please stay home if you have any COVID-like symptoms or have tested positive for COVID in the past 10 days
