NVIM is now meeting again @ 7:00 pm, in the sanctuary at Napa Valley Unitarian Universalist (1625 Salvador Ave, Napa CA).

This Tuesday evening will be led by Forrest Hill. Forrest Hill has been practicing Insight Meditation since 2004 and is a founding member of Napa Valley Insight Meditation. He is a graduate of the 2 year Community Dharma Leaders Program at Spirit Rock Meditation Center.

Masking Policy

• Masks will be optional at our sangha inside gatherings beginning in October.
• We hope that this proves safe and welcoming to the majority of our community.
• If you have any symptoms of COVID, or have recently tested positive, please stay home to protect the health of our fellow community members
• Full vaccination is highly recommended to attend.
