DESCRIPTION
Practicing compassion for ourselves and for others in community not only allows us to be sustainable in our personal and community struggles but also supports us in allowing new wisdom, joy, and love to be integrated as part of our life experiences.
TEACHERS
Richelle Donigan has studied and taught yoga since 2003. Through her teaching and retreats, Richelle seeks to diversify the yoga community, create inclusive practice spaces, and facilitate healing and well-being for one and all. |

Amma Ṭhanasanti is a California born spiritual teacher and former Buddhist nun of 26 years. Her teachings are grounded in the rigor of the Ajahn Chah Forest Tradition, focusing on compassion, pure awareness practices and a passion for wholeness. |

Fresh “Lev” White is an activist for love and compassion. He offers mindfulness, and mediation training to help others shift towards a more authenticate and passionate way of living. Lev has offered over 200 Trans, Gender Expansive, and LGBI Ally trainings around the Bay and beyond. |

James Rosser has been meditating for over 30 years, beginning in 1987 with James Baraz. He leads both secular and Buddhist-based mindfulness training, and affinity groups (LGBTQI, Mental Health Professionals, White Awake). |
