NVIM is now meeting at the NVUU in-person and on Zoom, following a hybrid model, Tuesdays at 7:00pm. Masking is required for indoor participation. (See Guidelines below)

This Tuesday evening we warmly welcome Syra Smith back to NVIM. Syra Smith is an artist, organizer and mindfulness educator interested in deep ecology and manifesting a culture where we can turn toward fearless abundance and generosity. Presently, she co-leads the Mid-Day Dharma Collective at SF Insight (Mondays at noon!) and proudly serves as Core Teacher with the San Francisco LGBT Sangha. Also a Community Teacher for East Bay Meditation Center and Founder of Oakland’s Dana Cafe, Syra teaches Insight Meditation and mindfulness throughout the SF Bay Area and beyond. Updated NVIM In-person COVID Guidelines (April 2022):
· full vaccination recommended
· masks required indoors (with the exception of being optional for the teacher while teaching)
· no beverages allowed indoors (you are welcome to bring your own beverage outdoors during breaks)
· please stay home if you have any COVID-like symptoms or have tested positive for COVID in the past 10 days
