Hi All,
Tomorrow evening (July 14th) our good friend from the East Bay Meditation Center, Syra Smith, returns again to NVIM to lead our meditation and discussion. Syra plans to focus on how we can work with sensations in the body (Vedana) and how these sensations if not examined give rise to our conditioned response to the world.
Syra is the founder and Curator for Oakland’s Dana Café (http://www.projectroot.org/
KEVIN GRIFFIN DAY LONG, SAT. JULY 18
This Saturday NIVM’s upcoming day long will feature the return of Kevin Griffin. Kevin’s Tuesday evening visit back in February was one of NVIM’s most highly attended events and we are tremendously blessed to have him return to Napa.
If you are planning on attending, and have not done so yet, it would be helpful if you could let us know of your interest in attending this event by going to http://eepurl.com/bskpJf, and filling out the email form.
You can also let us know of your interest by RSVPing on our meetup site:

or by signing up at this Tuesday’s meditation.
The day long, runs from 10:00am – 4:00pm and will feature periods of sitting and walking meditation, as well as instruction and Q & A sessions on overcoming addiction.
